Ukufunda Y Academy is a new and innovative training service provider, which provides industry related outcome-based skills development solutions as well as consulting services to our customers.
In addition, we are confident that outcomes-based education (OBE) signifies exceptional development in the educational sector therefore it is essential to curriculum plan accordingly.

This qualification is intended for contact centre agents, who serve as front line staff for various organisations. These agents initiate and respond to contacts with customers and potential customers and facilitate the solution of problems, build relationships with the customers, make and process sales, manage service-related problems, ensure customer retention and obtain commitments to collect outstanding payments and debt.
Occupational Trainer
This qualification intended for occupational trainers, plans, prepares for, coordinates,

Call Centre Manager
